History: Four brownish fragments were found by Mr. Zaid Balli at Ouad Ouinaght and subsequently purchased by Marcin Cimała. Physical characteristics: The meteorite shows a strongly altered brownish-orange sawn surface. Petrography: The meteorite is composed of separated and clearly defined chondrules set into abundant olivine-rich matrix. Few chondrules contain compositionally unequilibrated olivine and less abundant low-Ca pyroxene. Throughout the matrix olivine is equilibrated. Cr-bearing magnetite and intermediate plagioclase are abundant in the matrix; accessories include Ca-pyroxene, pyrrhotite and troilite. Geochemistry: Equilibrated matrix olivine: Fa29.4±0.3, n=16; unequilibrated olivine: Fa12.8±10.2 (Fa2.2-29.1, n=15); low-Ca pyroxene: Fs23.0±1.6Wo0.6±0.1 (Fs21.1-24.7Wo0.4-0.8, n=6); Ca-pyroxene: Fs18.3Wo49.2 (N=2); C2O3 in magnetite: 3.8 wt% (N=4)

History: Purchased by Aziz Habibi in June 2016 from a Mauritanian dealer. Petrography: (A. Irving and S. Kuehner, UWS) Sparse, separated chondrules occur within a recystallized matrix containing relatively abundant, orange-stained Cr-magnetite. Minor calcite veinlets are present. Geochemistry: Olivine (Fa27.8-28.3, N = 3), orthopyroxene (Fs24.7-25.1Wo0.6-0.9, Al2O3 = 5.1-5.8 wt.%, N = 3), clinopyroxene (Fs12.0Wo40.9; Fs12.5Wo48.3; N = 2). Classification: Carbonaceous chondrite (anomalous CK6). The orthopyroxene in this specimen is unusually aluminum-rich (almost 6 wt.% Al2O3) compared with that in typical CK chondrites. Specimens: 24.4 g including one polished thin section at UWB; remainder with Mr. A. Habibi.

History: Marc Jost (SJS) acquired a 1214 g stone from Aziz Habibi at the Munich Mineral show in 2017. Physical characteristics: The sample has an irregular, tabular shape and appears to show flight-orientation with a broad flow-lined leading edge. The cut face shows the interior has a chondritic texture of dispersed, dark-colored chondrules in a dark brownish green matrix. Petrography: (Description and Classification A. Love, App) Sample has a chondritic texture showing chondrules and CAIs (up to ~3 mm) set within a recrystallized matrix. Chondrules have an average apparent diameter of 796 μm (n=32) and barred and granular olivine chondrules with igneous rims are dominant. Plagioclase with intermediate composition occurs throughout matrix and has an average long dimension of 64 μm (n=40). Additional minerals are plagioclase, Ca-phosphates and Cr-magnetite containing ilmenite exsolution lamellae and apatite inclusions. Geochemistry: (A. Love, App) Olivine (Fa30.5±0.2, Fe/Mn=115.7±3.1, mean NiO=0.5, N=12), low Ca pyroxene Fs26.3±0.2Wo0.9±0.1, Fe/Mn=26.2±13.2, N=10), high Ca pyroxene (Fs9.4±0.5Wo48.2±0.3, N=5). Classification: Carbonaceous chondrite (CK6) wi-3 C-S2. Based on chondrule size, composition and abundance (~36%) and presence of ubiqiutous CAIs and Cr-magnetite, this is a CK chondrite. Sample is a petrologic type 6 based on equilibrated compositions of chondrules and size of secondary plagioclase. Specimens: Marc Jost (SJS) hold the main mass. A polished mount, a polished thin section and two slices comprise the 25.7 g type specimen.

History: Purchased Dec. 2018 by Dustin Dickens in Morocco from anonymous dealer. Physical characteristics: Dark, fusion crusted exterior, saw cut and broken surfaces reveal a very dark gray interior, some scattered CAIs visible, a few large (>1mm) chondrules are present. Friable. Petrography: (C. Agee, UNM) This meteorite consists numerous texturally equilibrated chondrules, ubiquitous Cr-bearing magnetite and pentlandite. Olivine is nickel-bearing. Matrix appears to be recrystallized with some fine-grained plagioclase. Geochemistry: (C. Agee, UNM) Olivine Fa30±0.8, Fe/Mn=102±8, NiO=0.48±0.05 (wt%), n=20; low-Ca pyroxene Fs26.8±0.9Wo1.2±1.3, Fe/Mn=68±7, n=6; clinopyroxene Fs13.8±4.4Wo34.9±11.9, Fe/Mn=58±7, n=6. Oxygen isotopes (K. Ziegler, UNM): 3 acid-washed fragments analyzed by laser fluorination gave δ18O= 1.584, 1.005, 1.067; δ17O= -3.141,-3.415, -3.581; Δ17O= 3.242, 2.808, 2.958 (linearized, all per mil, TFL slope=0.528). Classification: Carbonaceous chondrite CK5. Specimens: 20.5 g including a probe mount on deposit at UNM, Dustin Dickens holds the main mass.
