The SHIRA Meteorite Museum purchases meteorites from all over the world, making it one of the world's leading meteorite museums, with over 4,500 meteorites of 544 different types as of June 1, 2025. In addition, from April 29th to July 30th, we will be exhibiting more than 80 types of meteorites at the Future Life Experience in the Future Life Village of the Osaka-Kansai Expo. During this period, you will be able to touch meteorites from the Moon and Martian, and even hit the Muonionalusta meteorites, iron meteorites weighing 133kg, 80.5kg, and 42.5kg, allowing you to enjoy the different sounds of the universe. The museum shop opened on June 1st, where you can purchase meteorite jewelry and meteorites at reasonable prices.
